Orders & Checkout

Browse our collection, select your size, and add items to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout, fill in your details, and choose your payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email within minutes of placing your order.
Yes, but quickly! Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, before they're dispatched. Email us at hello@zevattire.com or WhatsApp us right away with your order number.
Not at all — you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account lets you track your orders, save your favourite pieces, and check out faster next time.
First, check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes ends up there. If you still don't see it, get in touch with us and we'll resend it right away.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 3 – 5 business days across Pakistan. We dispatch your order within 1 – 2 days of you placing it.
Shipping is free on all orders over Rs. 5,000. For orders below that, we charge a flat rate of Rs. 300 anywhere in Pakistan.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. Click it anytime to see exactly where your parcel is.
Not yet — we currently ship only within Pakistan. International shipping is coming soon, so subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Read full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.
Yes! Size exchanges are completely free — we'll cover the shipping both ways. Just contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days. You'll get a confirmation via email and SMS.
We're so sorry! Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — at no cost to you.

Sizing & Fit

Check our detailed Size Guide for measurements in inches and centimetres. If you're still unsure, WhatsApp us your measurements and we'll recommend the perfect fit.
We generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable, relaxed fit — especially for kurtas and tunics.
For select pieces, we offer custom sizing on request. Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email with your measurements — we'll let you know what's possible.

Our Products

Every Zev piece is handcrafted in Pakistan, inspired by the centuries-old craftsmanship of Kashmir. We work with skilled artisans to bring each design to life.
We use only premium, breathable fabrics — including fine cottons, lawns, linens, and wool blends for shawls. Each fabric is carefully chosen for comfort and longevity.
We recommend gentle hand wash in cold water for embroidered pieces, and dry cleaning for shawls. Avoid harsh detergents, wringing, or direct sunlight while drying. Care instructions are also included with every order.
Many of our pieces are limited edition due to their handcrafted nature. Some may return, but availability can't be guaranteed. Subscribe to our newsletter for restock alerts.

Payment & Security

We accept Visa, Mastercard, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.
Yes! COD is available nationwide across Pakistan with no extra charges. Pay safely when your order arrives at your doorstep.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and trusted payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers — your information stays completely secure.
