You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. We want you to love your Zev pieces — and if something's not right, we're here to fix it.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed items
  • Original packaging intact
  • All tags and labels still attached
  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • No stains, marks, or signs of wear

Not Eligible

  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Items showing signs of use or damage
  • Items without original tags or packaging
How It Works

Returning is simple

Reach out within 7 days

Email us at hello@zevattire.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for your return.

Get your return approved

Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the address to send it back.

Pack & ship it back

Carefully repack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached, and ship it via any trusted courier to our address.

Receive your refund or exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or send out your exchange within 5 – 7 business days.

Size Exchanges

Wrong size? No problem. Size exchanges are completely free — we'll cover the shipping for you, both ways.

Return Shipping

For standard returns, shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier for safe delivery.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll be notified via email and SMS.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Received a damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours with photos — we'll fix it immediately at no cost to you.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are non-returnable — they're final sale. Please choose carefully before checkout.
