By accessing or using our website, browsing our collection, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

02Our Products

Every Zev piece is handcrafted in Pakistan with care. Because our products are made by hand, please note:

• Slight variations in colour, embroidery, fabric texture, and finish are natural and part of the handmade charm.
• Product images are displayed as accurately as possible, but actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
• Sizes follow our official Size Guide. We recommend measuring carefully before ordering.
• Some pieces are made in limited quantities and may not be restocked.

03Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide

All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways. We do not store your card information.

04Placing Orders

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order — it is not yet an acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as: out-of-stock items, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unverifiable billing information. In such cases, we'll notify you and refund any payment promptly.

You may request to modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it has been dispatched.

05Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Pakistan via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery is 3 – 5 business days after dispatch. Full details, including charges and tracking info, are available on our Shipping Info page.

While we work hard to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier issues, holidays). We're not liable for such delays but will always help you track and resolve issues.

06Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Sale and discounted items are non-returnable. Custom or made-to-order pieces are also final sale.

07Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, photographs, illustrations, logos, product descriptions, and text — is the intellectual property of Zev by Aden and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

08User Conduct

When using our site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information at checkout.
• Use the site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website or services.
• Not impersonate any other person or entity.
• Respect our team and other users in all communications.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to anyone violating these guidelines.

09Limitation of Liability

While we do our utmost to provide a flawless experience, we cannot guarantee that our site will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, Zev by Aden is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

11Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
